| Management Traineeship |
|
Management Trainee program is an important part of our recruitment plan, our philosophy is to add young blood in the veins of the company to have a good mix of experienced and fresh talent. We encourage new ideas and develop these fresh graduates to accept market challenges and be true professionals in the future. This a 6 month program, at the termination of which the trainees will be offered a job at Samson’s Foods, depending on the success of their traineeship.

| Summer Internship |

Our internship program is an exciting new opportunity for young undergraduate students to prove their worth in the professional environment. At Samson’s Foods, we believe in engaging the students on a personal level and utilizing their strengths and interests for the duration of their tenure with us. We aim for them to develop a sense of ownership of the responsibilities entrusted to them and to contribute to their learning and understanding of how their particular department and office is run. During this period, the interns also identify an original project that is entirely their own that they work on throughout their internship period.
